How FurEver Yours Ltd handles your personal data, in plain English.
FurEver Yours Ltd (“we”, “us”) takes your privacy seriously. This page explains, in plain English, what data we collect, why, and what your rights are under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, email, phone number (optional), and the items you ordered. Required to process your order.
- Payment data — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see your card details.
- Newsletter signups — email address only, with your consent.
- Site analytics — anonymous, aggregate data via Cloudflare Web Analytics. We don’t use cookies for tracking, and we don’t share data with advertising networks.
How long we keep it
- Order records: 6 years (UK accounting requirement)
- Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe
- Contact form messages: 12 months, then deleted
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete any data we hold about you, at any time, by emailing hello@fureveryours.co.uk. We’ll respond within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
Third parties
We share order data only with:
- PayPal — payment processing
- Royal Mail / our courier — to deliver your order
- Resend — to send you order confirmation emails
None of these companies use your data for marketing.
Updates
If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the date at the top and email anyone on our newsletter to flag the change.
