Returns Policy

We want every dog (and human) to love their FurEver Yours mat. If you’re not happy, here’s how returns work.

Unused mats — 30-day return

You can return any unused mat in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping is non-refundable; return postage is at the buyer’s cost.

How to return

1. Email hello@fureveryours.co.uk with your order number
2. We’ll confirm the return address and a returns reference
3. Pack the mat carefully (please reuse the original packaging where possible)
4. Send via a tracked service of your choice
5. Once we receive it, we’ll refund within 5 working days to the original payment method

Used mats

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mats that have been used. If the mat doesn’t suit your pet, please consider gifting it on or donating it to a local rescue.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your mat arrives faulty, or is damaged in transit, please email hello@fureveryours.co.uk within 7 days with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

Statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
