The terms that apply when you order from FurEver Yours.
These terms apply to orders placed on fureveryours.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are
FurEver Yours Ltd, registered in England. Trading address available on request via hello@fureveryours.co.uk.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order on the site is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation email. If we can’t fulfil an order (rare — a stock issue, for example) we’ll refund you in full within 5 working days.
3. Pricing
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Delivery
We currently ship to UK addresses only. Standard delivery is 3–5 working days.
5. Returns
See our Returns Policy for full details. In short: 30-day returns on unused mats; faulty mats replaced free of charge.
6. Liability
Our liability for any single order is capped at the order value. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
